How it works (3 steps)

We connect — Our sales team contacts the referral, confirms interest and records you as the referrer.
Get paid — Once the referred customer completes a qualifying purchase and the return period ends, we’ll pay you R5,000.
 

What counts as a successful referral

The referral must be a new customer to Vector Carts (not an existing lead or previous customer).
The referral must be recorded by our team as coming from you before the sale is finalised.
A qualifying purchase is a full cart sale (any model) or a bundled package as defined by our sales terms.
Payment is made after the sale is completed, invoiced, and any applicable return/cancellation period has passed.
 

How you’ll receive payment

Bank transfer. Provide payment details when your referral’s sale is confirmed.
Payments are processed within 7 days after sale completion and confirmation.
 

Terms & conditions 

One R5,000 payout per referred customer. Multiple referrers for the same sale will be resolved by Vector Carts at our discretion.
Referrals where the referrer is an employee, dealer, or otherwise excluded by written policy are not eligible unless pre-authorised.
Vector Carts reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program with 30 days’ notice. Full terms available on request.
