1. WARRANTY PERIOD
This golf cart is covered by a 12-month (1-year) limited warranty from the date of purchase.

2. WARRANTY COVERAGE
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Covered components include:
• Electric motor
• Controller
• Charger
• Electrical wiring (factory-installed)
• Differential/drivetrain
• Structural frame

3. BATTERY WARRANTY
• Standard battery (dry gel): 12 months warranty
• Lithium battery: 36 months warranty

4. EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, upholstery, etc.)
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper use
• Water damage or corrosion
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading)
• Improper charging or battery misuse

5. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
• The golf cart must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• All servicing must be carried out by an authorized provider
• Any faults must be reported immediately

6. CLAIM PROCESS
To submit a warranty claim:
1. Contact us with your invoice and details of the issue
2. The unit may need to be inspected
3. Repairs or replacements will be done at our discretion

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The supplier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the golf cart.

8. GENERAL
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
